Step 2: The candidate registers by paying the fee and submitting the registration documents and scan copy of a valid ID

Step 3: Assessor carries out induction. The purpose is to confirm the candidate’s eligibility for the qualification and to advise them how on the required features of the evidence. If in an assessor’s judgment, the candidate does not meet the registration requirements then the registration shall be canceled and the fee shall be refunded.

Step 4:  The learner shall submit the required evidence against the assessment criteria. If needed, they may ask the assessor about the nature and type of evidence against any assessment criterion.

Step 5: The assessor shall review the submitted evidence and provide feedback to the candidate. If the submitted evidence meets the requirements of assessment criteria, then it will be saved in the candidate’s portfolio as “criteria met”. If it lacks the requirements then the assessor shall advise the candidate about the gaps so the candidate may re-submit with improvements.

Step 5: The learner submits the evidence of competence attainment against all the learning outcomes and is marked as “Criteria met by the relevant assessor.

Step 6: The Internal Quality Assurance Verifier (IQA) carries out the checks to ensure assessment standardization.

Step 7: Once satisfied, the IQA shall present the portfolio to ProQual external Quality Assurance Verifiers (EQA) which will further confirm the assessment standardization. The EQA may call you

as well as part of this process and confirm the authenticity of the submitted evidence.

Step 8: The candidate shall be issued with the relevant certificate from the ProQual Awarding Body if all checks by EQA are satisfactory.
